Issue - Airflow configuration for Ingestion removes capability for Blue Green Deployments

Ingestion DAGs require variables in airflow to be set to communicate to the OSDU Services. Currently this is done by providing FQDN. ie: service.namespace.svc.cluster.local

This results in not being able to have airflow support ingestion for more then a single instance of OSDU on Azure running in the cluster.
