SegY-to-VDS - DAG times out before conversion is complete

We test conversion of a 710GB dataset and the DAG times out before the conversion process is complete.

Currently the timeout is set at 60 minutes in the DAG definition.

The SEGYImport tool completed the conversion in 75 minutes, at which time the DAG run had been aborted and unable to complete metadata updates and final update of status.
