E2E Tests for SEGY-OpenVDS Parser - GCP [GONRG-3689]

Currently SEGY-OpenVDS parser doesn't have tests which invokes the workflow service to trigger the parser and validates it by fetching the ingested data through search service (or) storage service. This validates the airflow, workflow service and all related services are running with right set of configurations for SEGY-OpenVDS parser.

Acceptance Criteria: Add new E2E tests which can validate the SEGY-OpenVDS parser by triggering it through workflow service
