EDS Naturalization have circular import

The file osdu_airflow/eds/eds_naturalization/signed_url_details/abstract/environment_factory.py and file osdu_airflow/eds/eds_naturalization/signed_url_details/concrete/operator_environment_factory.py is trying to import each other. Which disables the component.
