Refactor ServiceAccounts in ConnectedSourceRegistryEntry

As a Solution Architect I need a metadata-driven way for EDS Fetch and Ingest DAGs to determine the authentication scheme so that the DAG can build the appropriate headers.

Acceptance Criteria

  • ConnectedSourceRegistryEntry supports OAuth
  • ConnectedSourceRegistryEntry has enough metadata to support the needed ways to connect to external sources.
