GONRG-3304: Operators from osdu-airflow-libs
The DAG imports operators from osdu-airflow-lib now.
Before deploying the DAG install the package
pip install 'osdu-airflow' --extra-index-url=https://community.opengroup.org/api/v4/projects/668/packages/pypi/simple
