Create endpoint to enable a developer to CRUD a composable component ("Airflow operator") -
Frame of Reference Handling (units & dates)- Unit Service integration. -
Spatial Data Handling - WGS84 Conversions.- CRS Conversion service. -
Ability to compose a task that creates relationships as declared in the source schema
