CSV Parser to allow mix of CRS values in the same file

Current approach is to apply the same CRS (as per frame of reference definition) to latitude, longitude columns of the entire file.

Preferred approach would be to (a) allow mix and also (b) to respect content of a column inside the file.

Enclosed example shows such columns, but is unused by the parser. Column-AB = EPSG_CODE Column AC = CRS wellbore-DC-AWS.csv
