Establish networking between VMs for Koop
As a Developer, I want to be able to run the Koop from the Apache VM and hit the endpoints.
Currently, being managed by AWS and we need to add the endpoints white listed.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Able to hit from Virtual Machines
