Fix Quotes in GCP Files
Was running into errors with the GCP osdu-gcp-containerize-gitlab job needs: undefined in the .gitlab-ci.yml file in VDS converter pipeline as shown here. This makes the quotes pass the linter
Starting on April 8th, The Open Group will require Two Factor Authentication for all GitLab users. For instructions on setting up 2FA, see the Knowledge Article or GitLab Documentation.
