Update "id" for CoordinateReferenceSystem and CoordinateTransformation

@gehrmann In the E-R documentation https://gitlab.opengroup.org/osdu/subcommittees/data-def/work-products/schema/-/blob/master/E-R/reference-data/CoordinateReferenceSystem.1.0.0.md#reference-values-for-coordinatereferencesystem100 and https://gitlab.opengroup.org/osdu/subcommittees/data-def/work-products/schema/-/blob/master/E-R/reference-data/CoordinateTransformation.1.0.0.md#reference-values-for-coordinatetransformation100 the examples should be updated to the agreed Id. This is on gitlab and community page it appears.

suggested is to give examples for each type (e.g., geographic2D, projected, vertical, boundCRS (perhaps 2 examples with different transforms or bound geographic and bound projected) as in current table.

Note: currently it has documentation like BoundCRS::OSDU::23031001 which should be changed (even if these are examples)
