+- Reviewed notes from the ingestion development team on test R3 manifest implementations
+- Planned for initial discovery and design session
+- Many were off for the US Thanksgiving Holiday

+**November 24, 2020**
+- Ramp-up activities including multiple meetings with Ingestion stakeholders
+- Reviewed existing documentation and began exploring path forward
+- Established recurring design and requirements meetings to move beyond conceptual architecture
+- Initial focus will begin with R3 schemas and storing R3 data
+- Also working with Graham Cain and Michael van der Haven on manifest validation rules
