Move this section upwards to become Section 10.3.1 (in sync the the definitions in the Business and Application Layer)

For better readability:

• from "A technology process describes internal behavior of a technology internal active structure element;" to "An application process describes the internal behavior performed by an technology internal active structure element that is required to realize technology services."
• add just after the previous sentence (and brake the paragraph): "For a (human or automated) consumer only the services are relevant, and the required behavior is merely a black box, hence the designation “internal”."
• from "...series of technology behaviors using a verb or verb-noun combination" to "...series of technology behaviors using an active verb or verb-noun combination, and may include the word “process”"
