Minor changes in Section 8.3

Reorganize the section content to improve readability:

1 - move this content up to follow the second paragraph:

"In the Business Layer, three types of internal behavior element are defined: business process, business function, and business interaction.

2 - remove the first sentence on the third paragraph:

"Several types of internal behavior elements that can realize a service are distinguished."

3 - make the revised content below a new paragraph:

From "Although the distinction between the two is not always sharp, it is often useful to distinguish a process view and a function view on behavior; two elements associated with these views, business process and business function, are defined. Both elements can be used to group more detailed business processes/functions but based on different grouping criteria." to "Although the distinction between processes and functions is not always sharp, it is often useful to distinguish a procedural view, based on business process elements, and a functional view, based on business function elements. Both elements can be used to group more detailed business processes/functions but based on different grouping criteria. "

4 - break the remaing paragraph here: "A business function offers..."

5 - remove this statement, as it adds little value to the standard: "Unlike the interaction concept in AMBER [9], which is an atomic unit of collaborative behavior, "; decide whether to keep the remaing content "The ArchiMate business interaction can be decomposed into smaller interactions.", as this is redundant (any element can be decomposed into smaller parts).
