Minor changes in Section 8.2.1

Section 8.2.1 contains this statement:

"A business actor can be aggregated in a location."

Even though this is a correct statement, it's a little odd that it's stated only on this section as, in fact, any element can be aggregated in a Location, so it's redundant here.
