How do I open Commercial Aviation Model in Archimate 4.8

When I am trying to open the .xml file, getting the following error. Basically saying that model is incompatible and package with uri "http://www.opengroup.org/xsd/archimate/3.0/' not found.

I am new to archimate - please help me to view model in archimate.
