coArchi not getting repository, but not erroring either

Hi all,

I have been using Archi and coArchi happily with my team for quite a number of years, but I am just setting up a new PC (Windows 11) and have installed Archi and coArchi, but when I put in my URL and credentials for my Git repo (hosted on BeanStalkApp) it says fetching for a few minutes, then returns having not done anything.

I have checked the error log, but the button is grayed out, and on further inspection of the log file, it does not exist.

Has anyone else has this issue and managed to find out what is going wrong here?

My support team want me to return my old laptop, but this is preventing me returning it, as I am still using it for diagrams.
